Day 8 of the Annapurna Circuit Trek and we finally entered the stunning Manang Valley bordering the ancient Kingdom of Mustang. We went from 1,300m elevation in Kathmandu to 4,050m here in Yak Kharka (Yak Pasture), Manang. We have been averaging 15-20km of trekking per day, so no need for BSC workouts. The Manang Valley is serenely beautiful, surrounded by snow covered mountains, active Buddhist monasteries and green pastures dotted with yak herds. Sooo Tibet!

Now looking to spot my first snow leopard #fingerscrossed 🤞🏼
